Sheet Metal Fabrication Services
Sheet Metal Fabrication Services
Our sheet metal fabrication and waterjet cutting services are customizable to each projects unique needs. Whether you need only a few steel brackets and weldments, or you need complex machined parts and production-volume component fabrication, we offer both low and high volume manufacturing runs.
What is the Sheet Metal Process?
In short, the sheet metal process starts with a flat sheet in which it’s cut and bent. There are many phases of the sheet metal process including concept, design, and building. Each phase has important steps that need to be followed to ensure the functionality and manufacturability of your part. Prototypes can be created by undergoing several building phases including cutting, forming, welding/machining, finishing, and final assembly.
Sheet Metal Fabrication Equipment

Benefits
Durability
- Parts manufactured through the sheet metal process are highly durable and can withstand the heavy pressures it may encounter. Alloys can also be customized to withstand expected stresses within the intended application, increasing the lifespan.
Malleability
- On top of being durable, sheet metal is also extremely malleable and can be molded into any shape. This flexibility allows numerous design possibilities, making it perfect for just about any industry.
Scalability
- Sheet metal prototypes can be created on a scale as small as one, or up to thousands. Our refined processes and equipment allow us to provide quick turnarounds on as few or many needed.
